LeapServ Installation

The LeapServ backup server was designed to be very simple to setup out of the box. You simply connect it to the same network with your servers and turn it on.

The LeapServ will obtain an IP address using DHCP or you can specify one and it will automatically establish secure VPN connections to BitLeap’s management network. After your LeapServ is online, all of the pertinent configuration settings can be entered using the web-based control panel.

After your LeapServ is plugged in and online, you will need to tell it what data to back up for you in the control panel.
