Plan & Print’s Backup Planning Pays Off
May. 8, 2006 3:20pm
One of BitLeap’s® newest backup customers, Plan & Print Systems of Syracuse, realized the value of their decision to use BitLeap for data backup right away. Just a few short days after starting backups with BitLeap, Plan & Print needed to restore critical data.
BitLeap’s CEO Guy Suter commented,
“It was not much but it was very important. They experienced one of the most common data loss scenarios, accidental deletion.”
BitLeap’s customers are protected from data loss that would result by everything from fire, natural disasters, theft and terrorism but the most common cause of data loss is purely accidental. Suter reflects on the situation,
“We’ve all done it … followed shortly by ‘Oops! I did not mean to delete that!’”
Plan & Print recently installed BitLeap’s backup services through Computer Related Technologies in Syracuse, NY. CRT is one of BitLeap’s best regional IT partners and provides upstate New York with valuable technical integration and planning services. Frank Smith of CRT remarked on their relationship with BitLeap,
“It makes perfect sense. BitLeap’s backup services provide more value to our customers than traditional backups and that is exactly the type of innovative solution they hire us to find and implement.”
